Why should I call you by name?
You’re a mannequin, you’re just for show
Stiff and cold with no brain
Oh, but what do I know?
I’m an animal, please hurt me
Just beat me, no mercy


Surely you’re intoxicated
Depressed i’m sure, but not much worse
And stumbling I nearly fell
Off the roof and straight to hell
And back, but then we’ll see how free
Are all my possibilities
Just lies that i’ve been force feeding
In hopes that I will keep breathing
Self prescribed we medicate
We all set fire to the lake
And dive head first to holy lands
All the while just “holding hands”
Oh what a joke, a shameful plea
You think you know whats best for me
Point your finger at my face
And tell the world of my disgrace

What do you think you know of my life?


You can take your photographs
And talk of my behaviors, had to
Show them all the tragedy

Until you don’t feel bad about yourself
Repeat the cycle but
Before you lock me in my cage

At least feed me a living wage
We animals lack capacity
To handle this society
